    Superintendent for Curwensville Area School District

    The Curwensville Area School District Board of Directors seeks a dynamic individual with integrity, visionary leadership, and outstanding management ability to lead a district of approximately 1000 students with an annual budget of approximately $21,000,000.  The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, experience in achieving high academic performance, experience in creating academic equity, and sound school finance and business management. The following qualifications will be considered in the search process: 

    • Central Office Administrative Experience
    • Curriculum Development/Implementation Experience 
    • K-12 Administrative Experience
    • Knowledge of Educational Technology Best Practices
    • Experience in Community Engagement Activities 

    PA superintendent letter of eligibility required at time of employment.  Salary will be regionally competitive depending on qualifications and experience.
