     The Curwensville Area School is in need of day-to-day substitute Custodian II employees.  Interested applicants should submit to the district office a cover letter, District Application and current (within one year) clearances as listed below.

    • Act 114 - FBI Fingerprint - https://www.pa.cogentid.com/index_pdeNew.htm (Must be through the PA Department of Education - Register and pay online, then go to a fingerprint location to be printed - Central Intermediate Unit #10 in West Decatur or Behavioral Health in DuBois.  Results will be mailed but the district can retrieve them online once fingerprinted, just need registration number.)



    • PA Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release ACT 168 Form  A separate form must be completed for:  Current employer; all former employers that were school entities; and all former employers where you were in a position that involved direct contact with children.

              The Curwensville Area School District currently employs Substitute Teachers through Source4Teachers.  If you currently hold a minimum of a 4 year college degree you may apply as a guest teacher and will be required to do additional training through Source4Teacher or the local Central Intermediate Unit #10 to fulfill employment requirements.
