2011 WINTER PHYSICALS WILL BE HELD ON:
October 26, 2011 beginning at 8:30 AT THE SCHOOL in the nurse's suiteThis is for athletes who have not already had a sport physical.
Pick up a physical form in the Athletic Office or from your coach.
**Remember to turn in your completed physical for 10 days before your physical to the Athletic Office so we can give the dr. an accurate count of athletes.
**As always, the sport physical may be done by a private physician, take a physical form with you to the dr.
