BUS DISCIPLINE AND BUSSING

If a student is reported for misbehavior on the bus, the following rules will be enforced:

                First offense          denial of the use of school bus transportation for 3 days

                Second offense    denial of the use of school bus transportation for 10 days

                Third offense        denial of the use of school bus transportation for the remainder of school year

A pupil removed from a bus may not ride any school bus.  However, he/she must still attend school.

Concerning bussing, a student may only ride the bus to which he/she is assigned, unless a true emergency exists.  Students may not ride a different bus to play with another child or spend the night with another child.  If an emergency exists, a note must be sent to school in the morning informing the school of the needed bus change.  If an emergency suddenly arises, a personal telephone call must be made to the principal.  A student may be discharged from his bus only at his regular bus stop.
